This is a hand carved mortise and tenon timberframe. It is made with poplar beams and black locust pegs with no metal fasteners. It has a total of 400sq. ft. of covered space with an additional 10x12 loft.

I've started work on this frame so design changes may not be possible but inquiries are welcome. Planing, sanding, applied finish, curved braces, pegs, and delivery up to 200 miles from 35640 are included for $24,000. Further delivery and frame raising are available for additional charge.
