I designed this frame to be a versatile fit for what many potential clients have asked for over the years. This frame has a total of 952 sq. ft. of covered space with a large hammerbeam roof truss. Only one 8x8 post is in the interior of the frame making a blank slate for floor plans. This frame would be prefect for a 2 car garage, small home, home office, etc.

The frame is made from Southern Yellow Pine; which is known for its strength, beautiful strong grain pattern, and sustainability.

The frame will be heat treated to reduce sap run, planed, and labeled. This frame is nearing completion and is sold for $28,000. Sanding, applied finish, curved braces, pegs, delivery, raising are all available for additional charge.
